A rampant second quarter helped Northern Mystics retain the Northern Challenge trophy when they out-paced their cross-town Stars Netball rivals 57-51 in Auckland on Saturday.
The Stars have collected their third win of the ANZ Premiership season with a dominant second half propelling them to a 56-39 victory over the Magic in Auckland.
On the back of a strong defensive performance, the Stars returned to the winners’ circle with a hard-fought 59–55 win over Te Wānanga o Raukawa Pulse at TSB Arena in Round 3.
